Join us for a round trip around the world and taste different pieces of meat from the best breeders in the world. We introduce you to different cuts that do not exist in Germany. You will also probably taste the best and most expensive cattle in the world. We will also take a look at the different Garstufen and experience how clearly the difference in taste affects.

Txogitxu, or old fat cow is the star at the event at Steak Tasting. On this day we will taste a rip eye from this animal. Many meat lovers around the world say it's with the best meat you can buy. These are cows that have been at least 14 years old and have only moved freely. These animals come exclusively from small farmers from the Basque land.The cow has calved many times and it has a yellow colored fat due to the high age. This makes the incredibly good taste. And the meat is very tender. Curious and hungry, then secure ticket.
Finally, a Wagyu is tasted in a 5 to 7 marble. We have a top butt cap there.
Each button gets its own rating card and can evaluate its pieces of meat for itself and at the end everyone knows which piece of meat suits him personally in the price performance ratio.
The number of participants is limited and can only be reserved in advance. Start of the event is 19.00 pm. Duration of the tasting ca. 3-4 hours.
