Join us for a round trip around the world and taste different pieces of meat from the best breeders in the world. We introduce you to different cuts that do not exist in Germany. You will also probably taste the best and most expensive cattle in the world. We will also take a look at the different Garstufen and experience how clearly the difference in taste affects.
Here are a few varieties that will be tasted this evening.
These 3 varieties are tested in comparison to see what differences there are.
By the breeder Dieter Meier from Argentina a Ribeye brandy dry-aged (air-dried and with brandy offset). This meat should be emphasized in the special taste of the brandy.
Finally, a Wagyu from the prefecture of Ozaki. We've got a blade meat piece.
Each button gets its own rating card and can evaluate its pieces of meat for itself and at the end everyone knows which piece of meat suits him personally in the price performance ratio.
The number of participants is limited and can only be reserved in advance. Start of the event is 19.00 pm. Duration of the tasting ca. 3-4 hours.
